My Philosophy

As both a guitarist and builder, I firmly believe all great instruments must possess three key attributes: phenomenal tone, wonderful playability and, of course, aesthetic beauty.

To reach this end, one must not only consider elements such as bracing design and other key dimensions, but the quality of timber used throughout the instrument, as this can greatly determine the final out come.

Tonewoods must be of the highest quality, as well as being properly dried and seasoned before use.

To Strive for the Best...

It is through careful attention to all aspects of the construction process that a truly great instrument will be born.
